Services
Nursing Assistants are qualified to provide all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living). Visits are scheduled by the hour with only a one hour minimum requirement. Aides are available to cover 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week.
Services consist of:
Personal Care Services:Consists of non-medical assistance with eating, bathing, hair and skin care, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, assistance with glucometers, medication reminders, home exercise plans,ostomy and foley care and activities of daily living. Our staff are trained in assistive devices of all kinds such as walker use, gait belts and hoyer lifts.
Companion Services: Consists of non-medical care, supervision and socialization activities provided on a one-on-one basis to an adult when the caregiver is unavailable.
Homemaker Services: Are those general household activities such as a meal preparation, laundry, vacuuming and routine household cleaning, errands and shopping.
Respite Care Services:Provides short-term supportive care and supervision to an individual when the primary caregiver is unavailable due to a planned absence or unexpected illness.
Our LPN and RN staff is available to provide a wide range of services for clients. They can manage all medications, give injections, assess vital signs, perform wound cares and manage tube feedings to name a few. We can escort clients to doctor appointments and keep family advised on the client's medical status and needs. Let us work with your loved ones and their doctor's to provide for their medical needs.
Services are based on the needs of each client and range from as little as one hour to 24 hour coverage.
Lori's Angels has a phlebotomist on staff! Let us save you the trip to the lab for blood work. Don't get Mom/Dad out of bed at 6am, skip breakfast to have fasting blood work drawn and get to work late. Let us come to you, draw the prescribed lab work and you can get on with your day.
Lab work requires a physician's prescription. We work wtih Quest labs that will bill your insurance directly for the actual blood tests. Call today for our reasonable rates.
Lori's Angels provides staff relief services to Rest Haven Skilled Nursing Facility. We hire CNAs, LPNs and RNs to cover full and partial shifts at the county home as needed. Presently we do not staff other facilities with in the county.
